Ever since I started dancing I can eat whatever I want and stay fit... is it the same for you? What keeps you guys and girls fit?

True. It actually depends on how much dancing you do. But, it's not good for your body to abuse it. Why abuse the only one of yourself that you have?

I have always had a very healthy diet and have run a lot of races(even a full marathon!), some century bike rides and now weightlifting(for toning) and dance. It's nice to be able to wear the same clothes I've had since I was 19!!! Exercise definitely plays a major role in my lifestyle, and I couldn't think of ever dong without it!
