LOL... the reason I put "smoothies" in quotes is that I'm not sure if two ingredients really qualifies as a "smoothie." Seriously though, over the past week or so I've been making ultra simple fruit smoothies and they're just the yummiest things!

All I do is pick a fruit (so far I've used blueberries, mangos, and nectarines), throw the edible part in a blender, fill to the level of the fruit with soymilk, and blend. Talk about *bursting* with fruit flavor! Mmm-mmm-yum! :D

Shake, huh? Sounds like sort of milk shake to me... only it's with soymilk and real fruit instead of the crap served at fast foods!

Hi-five for the soymilk-drinking comrade, Jonathan 8) !

Blueberries and soymilk make a great combination. I have a to-die-for recipe for Blueberry Soymilk muffins (which, I won't die from eating   )!

And this is yet one more reason to visit Australia! Good dances, beautiful women (and a shortage of leads, hah!)...and then all of this wonderful food that Salsachinita talks about. :P

Ok...how much are those plane tickets again? :D

Back to topic  ..........

My favourite meal-replaceable smoothie is called 'Breafast-a-go-go' from one of our local juice/smoothie bar Boost Juice.

Soymilk, yoghurt, banana, honey, toasted muesli & ice cubes, plus one vitamin suppliment of your choice.

I can easily live on this in summer time 8) .
