I find this sight sooooooo helpful when I'm trying to figure out nutrition content for various food portions, etc. :arrow: http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/foodcomp/search/
I even got an e-mail back (and a very complete one at that!) within 24 hours the other day when I sent them a question about what was entailed in one of the nutrient quantifications. :D |
