Seems everybody has cabinets full of them!
My favorite is a very handy wine-opener called a "scew-pull", especially convenient at parties when one has to open bottle after bottle. I also like my blender for making cream soups and gazpacho(and frozen drinks in the summer!) and I love my spice mill, for grinding whole spices like cumin, cloves & coriander. I've got a seperate one for coffee.
How about your favorite gadgets? |

Not really a gadget but....
I just went and bought a Kitchenaid Mixer. Can't wait to try it out! |

| Making pizza dough from scratch is a lot easier now. |

I don't have a dough mixer, but I still don't find it hard to make pizza dough. Gets a bit tedious however when I'm making a large batch- like dough for 5 pizzas! |
