A new Farmer's Market just opened up by the river across the road from us :D !
I found some fantastic ingredients!!!!!!

Yes, we have them here, run by the farmers' cooperatives and they are more expensive than the bloody supermarkets. :evil:
I have a grocery store (it's not stocked like a supermarket- mostly produce & meats & fish) I go to where I get fantastic buys on farm-fresh stuff and my brown rice and kimchee, too. Typhoons have caused major crop damage this year(perhaps you read about the $8 lettuce on DF?) yet that store, named "Every", has great deals still! It's only 5 minutes away by car(or 14 min. by bicycle) from my house/city center! 8) |
