Ok, after looking at the Healthiest Foods on the Planet thread, I decided it was time I "get cooking". I went to the grocery store and purchased about 1.7 lbs. of Salmon.

I'm no expert on cooking it, but here is what I did:
I put a little olive oil in the bottom of the baking dish. I sprinkled garlic, rosemary, balck pepper and salt on it and baked.

It was a little difficult to remove the skin without it falling apart, but I did a pretty good job with this.

I'm eating it now. It is delicious.
